Love and Light or Glove and Blight

"I'm astounded Shanti...when Christian told me about you, I thought you were an urban love and lighter. I had no idea of your galactic lineage."

"What's an urban love and lighter?"

"It is a phrase I've coined to describe many in the cities that throw around the words love and light, releasing one form of ego, only to adopt spiritual ego's bigger than the one they just released....

Excerpt from Ashanti's Symphony

As 2017 continues its fast tracked momentum propelling us all into the next stage of our being, the chasm between the old and the new is widening. One can outstretch their arms to offer assistance to those that haven't quite come to the other side but first they need to leave behind the luggage they have accumulated. The new has a brand new language and you receive the download to this language once you let go of what no longer serves your higher purpose. Communication has become increasingly more difficult between the two river banks.

Love and light, together with the Sanskrit greeting Namaste have become superfluous catch phrases, for many that flippantly throw it out there in an attempt to sound uber spiritual, often following it up with some low frequency comment masked as humour. Let's get this straight, codes don't lie, all words are coded, all thoughts are coded and those that hear, feel and read the codes have gone into hyper sensitivity. I guess the equivalent level of blasphemy in the world of duality would be someone rocking up to the front row of a Paris fashion show dressed by Big W, shoes from Kmart, hair by Just Cuts, a fake Louis Vuitton bag and then attempting to squeeze into a seat between Anna Wintour and Tom Ford.

I stopped watching television a very long time ago but am fully aware due to my online surfing of what's trending, who the mass influences are, how they market the superficial to the masses with the intent of keeping them plugged into what really, has no meaning at the end of the day. I say this confidently as I have counselled many clients over the years who by Western society's definition of success, are abundantly overflowing in all that shines and gives them status in the world but feel a disconnection, and a deep dissatisfaction with most aspects of their lives. Some have even gone as far as telling me, their life is an orchestrated canvas of artful deceptions.

A friend recently sent me a clip from a new reality show thinking I would find it humorous, but instead of laughing I felt such a deep sadness which quickly shifted into intense compassion. Observing vitriolic spew projected from the mouth of a woman coded with so much toxicity followed by the desecrating use of sacred words, I must admit, induced a pang in my heart...I heard the words of the misquoted, misinterpreted master ringing in my ears..."Forgive them father, for they know not what they do..." or in this case, say...

A meme I published many years ago has done the rounds online and I have found it reposted in some surprising places.

LAYER BY LAYER I REMOVED ALL I THOUGHT I WAS, ALL I THOUGHT I HAD TO BE, AND IN THE MOMENT I WAS LEFT STANDING NAKED AND VULNERABLE WITHOUT IDENTITIES AND LABELS, I REMEMBERED, I AM THAT I AM...

I guess it validates that people are beginning to see just how many layers we have piled on that inevitably serve no other purpose other than feeding the ego. It is a very confronting time when one begins to peel off each layer and as I said all those years ago, it was in the moment I felt my most vulnerable, my most naked, that I began a relationship with my authentic eternal self. Anything that threatens that relationship has no chance in luring me back to a world designed to keep you distracted from who you are in truth. Why would you choose to be a fragment of yourself ( a distorted one at that) when you can be whole in the true essence of the word?

If you are still playing in a world of separation and duality, there is nothing wrong with that, each of us are exactly where we need to be, just know that flippantly throwing around principles, words, laws and mantras that are sacred isn't insurance against karma.

I acknowledge that it is a huge responsibility to embody the words love and light, it takes daily discipline to slowly become more conscious and unplug from auto-programming.

The use of these words without pure codes reduce them to a cringe worthy sound, a bit like a dud note that a singer hits when you least expect it. There are lots of words one can use that don't carry these sacred codes, use them instead and maybe reconsider mocking all that is sacred. One either acknowledges that they are love and emit that out to the world as a normal constant vibration or they don't. Funnily enough, those that embody the vibration of these words rarely, if ever, use them.

As we all sojourn back home, may we remember that no one can serve two masters...

Who is your master?

BE LOVE ALWAYS, IN ALL WAYS... OR DO YOUR BEST ANYWAY.. :)
