I am a spiritiual being with a body that's on loan that enables me to express my essence through it...and over the last decade my energy has gone more into my essence than my vehicle. I love and honour my body but know I am not my body... "your body is a temple of the holy spirit within you" , someone once wrote this in a best selling book..;)

When I was a little girl, my father always referred to our HMV television, which sat in a bulky piece of French polished cabinetry, as the idiot box. I was never particularly drawn to sitting in front of it and tuning out, although, like many kids of the 70's have watched every episode of The Brady Bunch, Gilligan’s Island and I dream Of Jeannie. My brother on the other hand loved his television time, so much, that my father had taken to removing the picture globe from the back to prevent him from over exposure.

I always refer to our experiences as data collection, sounds alien I know, but it really makes sense to me. Why else would we be here? We wanted to experience physicality and all the stuff that comes with that...the full gamut of emotions...Earth is great for that! Once the data on one experience is collected we move onto the next, it no longer holds any appeal. Remember, you are NOT your experience! Onwards and upwards and round and round we go...spiral upon spiral upon spiral, hopefully getting a little closer to home...and back to wholeness.

When you understand what it means to feel WE ARE ONE, you dare not judge any piece of that ONE for if you do, you are only judging yourself...Compassion is a wonderful thing to apply in situations like this, the vibration of compassion has an effect on the whole, it's a different consciousness than the one that creates discord, whatever that may be.
